While trying to build coalitions of black churches in Chicago, Obama caught flak for not attending church himself. He became an instant churchgoer. Now we know where was Obama when he said he was a law proffeser and how no one remembered him. The book, "Rules from Radicals" is a must-read.

The plan calls for the destruction of, (EVIL),capitalism in America by putting so many people on the welfare roll that our economy collapses. Which s exactly where we are now. How BO twisted and IGNORED the Constitution to get Obamacare passed!
The first vote in Congress was July 24, 2009. Congress shot it down....Big time. Obamacare had been dumped the way Hillarycare was. What a relief! After all, we were more concerned with feeding our families and the downward spiraling of the economy!
Dec. 24, 2009. Senate DEMOCRATS were called into Washington for a last second vote. Obamacare had passed 60-39. There was one problem from the start. It had to pass Congress. Obama and his bands of theives, changed parts of the Contstitution, to do it.
3-7-10, "Transpancy Behind Closed Doors ". "We're not going to know what's in the bill until we pass it", said Nancy Pelosi, then Spearker of the House. (It was one her countless assinine remarks.) They had changed the words nuclear option to reconcilitation. It was then that knew I had to REALLY pay attention what was going on.
3-12-10, "Reconcilitation". Is a legislative process intended to allow consideration of a budget bill with debate limited to twenty hours under Senate Rules. Reconciliation also exists in the United States House of Representatives, because the House regularly passes rules that constrain debate and amendment, the process has had a less significant impact on that body.
3-17-10 "Deemed Passed"- The House Rules Committee had to draft a NEW RULE that would make it possible for Pelosi to pass the bill without an actual vote! She knew that even with a Democratic majority in Congress that it would never pass. House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence (R-IN) argued that Democrats were up to tricks when they “decided it."Tathey’re going to to amend a law that doesn’t exist yet by passing a bill without voting on it. Take a minute for that to sink in!
“We’re playing it straight,” said House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, referring to the method, sometimes referred to as a self-executing rule. A self-executing rule is a “buy one, get one free.”In this case thay hooked the 2,700 page fiasco with "pell grants". (?)

Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act of 2011

While all of America is distracted and focused on the death of Osama bin Laden, our President and his minions have been fast at work laying the groundwork for S. 679: Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act of 2011 to speed through the Senate and then make its way into the House and then to the President to sign. Yes, the other hand is quickly forming into a dictatorial fist that is about to smash our Constitution.
The end of liberty in Rome began with Augustus Caesar who ignored the authority of its Senate. America is on the same direct path. This proposed bill, will change , OUR COUNTRY immediately from a Republic into an empire with the privileged eunuchs of the Senate as window dressing and a dictator – the first American Caesar – at the country’s helm.
Leading the progressive charge is Chuck Schumer (D-NY). No big surprise there. Schumer is an elitist Marxist and a first class progressive who hates America almost as much as he loves power. He introduced S. 679 on March 30th, 2011. He was joined by progressives from the left and the right. This is something I have tried to point out for a long time. The bill reduces the number of presidential appointments that require the consent of the Senate and establishes within the executive branch a Working Group on Streamlining Paperwork for Executive Nominations. Individuals nominated to senior executive offices suffer slow and detailed background investigations and mounds of duplicative paperwork before a President sends their nominations to the Senate. After nomination, many nominees suffer time-consuming inaction or time-consuming and excruciating action as the Senate proceeds (or does not) with consideration of the nomination. The sponsors of S. 679 have identified a valid problem, but proposed the wrong solution. Congress should not enact S. 679.
In essence they want to give the President the sole power to appoint people to positions of his choosing within our government. Obama would be free to do this without the approval of the Senate. Senate approval of such positions is mandated by the U.S. Constitution in Article II, Section 2 under the “Appointments Clause”:
… shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
This bill will do away with the checks and balances that separate an American form of government from those such as Venezuela and Brazil. Already we have power mongers such as Cass Sunstein our Regulatory Czar (more commonly known as the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and more aptly titled the Office of Government Propaganda) running amok across the US using agencies such as the EPA as a weapon of regulation and control. There is not a single area in our country that Sunstein does not have his claws sunk deep into. It should scare the crap out of Americans, but all I hear are crickets. The silence of capitulation seals our fate as surely as the thunderous applause of approval – so ends the Republic.

When the delegates of the states gathered in Philadelphia in the summer of 1787 and wrote the Constitution, they distributed the powers of the federal government among two Houses of Congress, a President, and a judiciary, and required in many cases that two of them work together to exercise a particular constitutional power. That separation of powers protects the liberties of the American people by preventing any one officer of the government from aggregating too much power.
The Framers of the Constitution did not give the President the kingly power to appoint the senior officers of the government by himself. Thus, they required the cooperation of the President and the Senate to put someone in high office.
I know Americans have not forgotten about Obama’s string of Czars. Czars that he was supposed to downsize or get rid of. With this sweeping bill, over 200 positions will no longer require Senate approval. Obama will dictate who are his powerful lieutenants and who will control America. Obama told us that he was going to hold a televised, bipartisan exchange of ideas ON JOBS. We all know that is the #1 concern in America today. Finally, we thought he was "getting it". He changed the topic 72 hours prior from jobs summit to health care. Put your dancing shoes on, we're doing the Obama hustle.
Feb. 25, the Republicans were invited to a meeting with Obama and his merry gang of thieves. Obama held the first "transparent" televised, Bi-partisan pow-wow. The Republicans, (aka the party of "No") got chance to finally make their ideas known. (Not that it mattered with a Demoncratic Pres., Congress and Senate.) I taped and watched all 7 hours. Here's what the Republicans said, (in a nutshell). a)Get rid of junk lawsuits-TORT reform; b) Enable people to shop across state lines; c) allow small businesses to pool together to purchase insurance; d) expand health savings accounts. Obama kept saying, "it's in the senate plan" or "we agree on that" or "it is in my plan". LIAR! Why didn't he put the 2,000 pages on line as promised during his campaign.
Of course Pelosi, Reid, etal., told sob story after sob story. They were all about someone who had a medical horror story, or someone who knows someone who has a medical horror story. This was televised to make you believe the democrats care. They kept saying how it is going to cut the deficit, which we all know is not possible. They kept giving CBO accounting, which are models based on numbers that the regime gives them.

BO"s really done it this time. If you have been reading this for a while, I put my comments in blue. I do it because the democrats make such outrageous statements that a new reader might think they happened on a comedic site. A perfect example is, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s comment to the Legislative Conference about Obamacare, “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.” WOW. That was stupid then, we just learned it was a dramatic understatement.
We know that Obamacare is a fiscal nightmare, we know that it is 1/6 of our economy, we know that it was written in secret WITHOUT ANY REPUBLICANS knowledge of the contents. What we didn't know, is the incredible amount of power transferred from Congress to the executive branch. In fact, Congress’s abdication is still unknown. We do know that deeply buried within 2,700 pages this is Obamacare, a $105 billion slush fund that assures it survives in the future, no matter what future voters think or want.
Congressional Research Service (CRS) report found that, unknown to almost every Member of Congress, (certainly to all Republicans). Obamacare contains $105 billion in direct implementation spending that bypasses Congress’s normal appropriations process.

Obama has complete discretion to the bureaucrats that he appointed. I told you first about McDonalds, then what became hundreds of waivers granted by HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for Obamacare exemptions. Oversight should include monitoring and exposing how the Administration uses our money. $3,184,000 was spent by Kathleen on advertising to convince us how great this turkey is and how damn lucky we are to have Obama for giving it to us. We still knew that he was blowing smoke.
The Honorable Ernest J. Istook, Jr., a former Member of Congress, has been looking into the funding of Obamacare since the law was passed. He said, "Making years’ worth of spending decisions in advance is an attempt to handcuff the current Congress and prevent it from determining current levels of spending. … The funds in Obamacare are not budget projections but actual appropriations of money. Obamacare goes far beyond any precedent for making appropriations for future years; it is an outrageous effort by the former Congress to bind the current and future Congresses in this way."
Rep. Michele Bachmann is threatening to leverage a must-pass budget bill to ensure Congress strips billions of dollars from the federal health care overhaul -- money she says was unfairly baked into the law. "This is a crime against democracy," she said. "No one knew that Harry Reid, Pelosi and Obama put $105 billion in spending in the bill. ... This is a bombshell." Transparency Behind Closed Doors."
It becomes more difficult for Republicans who want to de-fund the policy through the annual appropriations process. Michelle Bachmann said she wants to include language demanding the money back in the next short-term budget bill, which will probably be required to fund the government when the latest short-term bill expires March 18. You go girl!
Would you believe that it gets worst? Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Capitol Hill have set criticism around Obama’s health care law and how the law, will have “double counted” on Medicare -- and, therefore, does not have the savings claimed by Pinocchio and the CBO. I said time and time again the CBO was in Obama"s corner. They take the numbers given to them by BO and build a model from what he gives them.
The Affordable Care Act, (Obamacare), adds 12 years to the Medicare trust fund, according to every actuary, and the $500 billion represents a slowdown in the growth rate of Medicare over 10 years from what was projected at 8 percent to a growth rate,” Sebelius said during questioning by Rep. John Shimkus, R-Ill. Shimkus pushed the issue, asking for Sebelius to explain if the president was using the $500 billion to save Medicare or fund Health Care Reform Sebelius added one word – “both.”
Critics, (like me), have said the president is misleading Americans, because the “cuts” actually are set aside to pay for other programs. March 2010, "Special Report" anchor Bret Baier specifically questioned Obama about the issue. Obama at the time made it clear – there was no robbing Peter to pay Paul in the health care legislation.
“You can't say that you are saving on Medicare, and then spend the money twice,” said Bret. Pinocchio is doing the Obama Hustle.

In one of his first speeches Obama said:
1. America will ratify more treaties and turn to international organizations more often to deal with global crises and security concerns like nuclear weapons, often before turning to our traditional friends and allies;
2. America will emphasize diplomacy and “soft power” instruments such as summits and foreign aid to promote its aims and downplay military might;
3. America will adopt a more humble attitude in state-to-state relations; and
4. America will play a more restrained role on the international stage.
We were warned about this man. We didn't yell loud enough. We backed down when we were told, "You don't like him because he's black." I said, "He's 1/2 white and I don't like him because he's ruining our Nation.".
