I had to take time out from the construction to keep you up on the news that you will NOT EVER get in the mainstream media.Let's start with "recess appointments". You may or may not have heard about.

"Obama has sunk to new lows. "Recess appointments" are a way for the President to put people in place without SENATE CONFIRMATION. (Doesn't that sound like they could be CZARS?)"Many holds were motivated by a desire to leverage projects for a Senator's state or simply to frustrate progress," the president said in a statement Thursday evening. "It is precisely these kinds of tactics that enrage the American people."Again, he was blaming the Republicans.
Obama wants a free pass for appointments that include the Treasury Department, the Pentagon and of the all popular Medicaid/Welfare program. In light of the fact that we have around 35 czars, all with "fishy" backgrounds, (This administrations word), I sure as hell hope that someone tries to see who is running our Country. New appointments by Obama's THREAT of RECESS; 27. He said that it's a start but he will return to recess appointments if he "has to",(There is about 40 more appt remaining)."
There were 15 recess appointments Obama has made since the Senate has been on Spring Break. Only one was considered DOA by the Senate, (2 democrats blocked it). That was Craig Baker lawyer for the SEIU and the AFL-CIO.
"We oppose Mr. Becker’s recess appointment because of his extensive, highly controversial writings, and his entire legal and scholarly career, all of which indicate that he could not be viewed as impartial, unbiased, or objective in deciding cases before this quasi-judicial agency," the GOP letter said. "Instead, his writings clearly indicate that he would use his position on the NLRB to institute far-reaching changes in labor law far exceeding the Board’s authority and bypassing the role of Congress."
I don't know if it is yet, another step, in the Obama hustle, or his idea of transparency. I do know, "It is precisely these kinds of tactics that enrage the American people."
HEALTH CARE, which we knew was going to be an Obama distribution of wealth, a socialist progressive coup, turned out to be much worst. Of course we might have found this out before the 3,200 page bill was signed, or even read. (Not that it would have matter to Pinocchio.) Obama said he wanted a “national security force”? Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? .
Do you remember when Obama decided to attach college tuition to the health care bill? It was about a week before the Reconciliation, Deem & Pass hustle. The press was playing it like he was so very smart and compassionate, (as usual). It was here, between Sec.5201, "Federally supported student loans" and Sec.5210,"Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps". See Patient Protection Affordable Care Act, page 1312. I promise, you will be sick.
I want to talk so badly, that's why I'm depending you to be my voice. I believe that people should go to town meetings. You would go if health care didn't pass, would you not? Obama has been making jokes about the fact that the Republicans are going to run on the platform of "repeal it". I am aware that many of us are fed up with both parties. Fine, we can not ignore the fact that Republicans, who Obama keeps calling "the party of NO" have been on our side. That is why the Tea Party Movement is getting behind candidate that have stood by us and with us.
The press said that Obama had a very good week. I guess that means that he got in and out of Afghanistan before anyone knew he was there.
Thank you for having patience while I struggle to build the website. Like I keep saying, I have a staff of one. Me. And my husband who makes sure that my printer is filled with paper. I almost forgot, my husband received the 2010 tax forms today. Anyone who makes over $0.00 will be taxed at 10%.

Freedom Isn't Free
"Freedom Isn't Free". Many thousands, no, many millions, have risked everything to get to America. America is not only a place. It is THE place upon which a concept was built. An Eden. It sure as hell isn't going to fall a because of a snake. WE, the people are not going to let it.
The 2010 elections are right around the corner and the AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL NOT FORGET. Our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents DID NOT risk everything to have it taken from us. We were taught VALUES. When we gave our word, it was not taken lightly. We were expected to stick to it. We were taught not to LIE. We were taught it was wrong to make shady backroom deals. We were taught to have principals. We were taught compassion. All this we were taught by example. Ben Franklin invented the pot belly stove and GAVE it away, "so everyone could have warmth". (Please God, don't let anyone reading this think Socialism.)
House Minority Leader John Boehner, said this:
"We have failed to listen to America. And we have failed to reflect the will of our constituents. And when we fail to reflect that will -- we fail ourselves and we fail our country. Shame on us. Shame on this body. Shame on each and every one of you who substitutes your will and your desires above those of your fellow countrymen. Around this chamber, looking upon us are the lawgivers -- from Moses, to Gaius, to Blackstone, to Thomas Jefferson. By our actions today, we disgrace their values. We break the ties of history in this chamber. We break our trust with Americans. I believe ObamaCare will do considerable damage to our health care system and the nation more broadly".
The Honorable House Minority Leader DID NOT fail "us". The only way that we could fail, is if there is no "us". We stood hand in hand, as Americans, in a way that I only read about, (in the History books). We stood United when we were called names. We stood unflinching in our beliefs and will continue to do so. WE ARE AMERICANS!
Barack, Pelosi, Reid,and a cast of hundreds, have really underestimated the will of the people. The three stooges were on a mission. Obama did the hustle as well as John Travolta did in the movie "Saturday Night Live". He was hell bent on getting, anything, passed that he had campaigned for. His logic was, "I have to do SOMETHING. When I am up for re-election it is better then doing nothing".
He thumbed his nose at the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and at US. When he could not bend the rules, he ignorned them and wrote his own. He took an oath, hand on the Bible, (which was clearly for show), and promised to do ..what? Defend against all enemies both foreign and domestic? Obama, look in the mirror, you'll see the face of the man who is going down. Not because of the color of his skin but the content of his character.
It is really not hard to impeach a president. All it takes is 2/3 of the House. Then 2/3 of the Senate removes him from office and holds a trial for his crimes. His lies, countless illegal appointments, illegal seizures of businesses, the hits just keep on coming. (Bill Clinton got a BJ and he was impeached)
Obama's out of there-- Then we can get to work. It will not be easy, he has done allot of damage. Yet, I have never met an AMERICAN that was not up for a good challange. FREEDOM is more important then anything I can think of. With FREEDOM comes unlimited possibilities.
One HUGE thing that we've got going for us, is God. The framers of our Constitution realized the nation should be built with "a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence". God was with us when the truth came out about "global warming", God was with us when "cap and trade" became a non-issue, and it shows that God really has a sense of humor when more snow fell in any season since they first kept records.
Joe Biden said, "We fucking did it". In the end, it's going to bite them in the ass. Then we'll get to say, "We did it".
Say a prayer for our loved ones overseas. Say a prayer and roll up your sleeves because we have work to do.

A New Rule? "Deemed Passed"
You might want to read my last blog, "RECONCILIATION?" Just when we were getting a hold on what that meant..Pelosi, Pinocchio, Reid and their gang of thieves came up with "Deemed Passed".
Democrats have convinced themselves that it would be far worse to do nothing on health care than listen to the us. They will stop not stop until they get some form of health care passed...even using the House Rules Committee to draft a NEW RULE that would make it possible for Speaker Pelosi to pass the bill without an actual vote! This obscene abuse of power, this type of manipulation of governmental process might be the most arrogant of this administration, (yet).
“We’re playing it straight,” said House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, referring to the method, sometimes referred to as a self-executing rule. A self-executing rule is a “buy one, get one free.” In other words, when the House approves the rule that governs debate for the new health care bill, it will simultaneously approve the health care legislation that the Senate approved last Christmas Eve. (It is crap in my humble opinion).

The Tea Party is holding a huge rally in Washington today. Conservative, Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Liberals, (yes, they know that freedom of speech is at stake in all this), everyone who is tired of trying to keep up with the steps of the Obama Hustle.
Oh, I almost forgot. He is attaching to the Health Care Bill, which really isn't a bill, college education. Specifically "Pall grants". You see, reconciliation can only be used one time a year (not that this is reconciliation). He figures that no one can be upset about education. Do you think that he could really think that we're that stupid. He has sorely underestimated the beliefs and the ethics that have been handed down to us through generations. Wow, he is in for a rude awakening.
Did he not put his hand on the Bible and swear to uphold the Constitution? I bet he had his fingers crossed behind his back. HE LIED!

Reconciliation?
The battle going on today, in the HOUSE, is just a new step of the Obama Hustle called RECONCILIATION.
The House vote is all that matters. If the Senate bill passes the House, Obama will sign it and it will be the law of the land. New taxes will be imposed to support over 100 new regulatory agencies that will give Washington the power to control every aspect of our health care (and therefore our life). Either way we’ll all be forced, under threat of imprisonment, to buy government health insurance.
If the House passes "the bill" it is the EXACT same Senate bill that was passed on Christmas Eve. The Senate had been adjourned for the holiday. Harry Reid called all democrats back for the vote. Obama calls this transparent and bi-partisan. (I call him an ass) That means it must pass with the deals cut for Nebraska, Louisiana, Connecticut, and others. Obama could not get it passed any other way, even though he had a super majority. The bill must pass the House with everything in it that the American people have already made clear they hate.
To confuse us even more the Washington Post reported today, "The reconciliation bill, which is expected to be about 100 pages, would only serve to "repair" what the House doesn't like about the Senate's health care plan. The complicated process Democrats are starting also requires the House to pass the Senate's bill.
Majority Leader Harry Reid said in a letter to the Senate's top Republican, Mitch McConnell, that he is pursuing reconciliation because the minority left him no other option.".
"Republicans have resorted to extraordinary legislative maneuvers in an effort not to improve the bill, but to delay and kill it," he said.
"The Senate health care bill crucial to saving President Obama's domestic agenda will hit the wallets of a quarter of all Americans making less than $200,000 per year", according to an analysis by the nonpartisan Joint Tax Committee. Pinocchio promised that he would not raise taxes on anyone making less then $200,000. HE LIED. Again.
I will continue to keep you informed. This is just too important. I went to the House of Representives website. Nancy Pelosi's schedule for tomorrow, 3/13/10. It said that Congress had the day off. Yet, Obama is working. He postponed his trip to Asia. He was to leave on the 18th. He has decided to "help" in view that he wants Congress to pass the 2,400 page Senate bill before the Easter recess. He does not want OUR elected officials to go home to face an "angry mob", as Pelosi has called us.
This president has done more to hurt democracy in OUR Country then Sudan Hussein did in his. (Same name, coincidence?)

Transparency behind closed doors!
I said it a couple of weeks ago, and I am saying it again: Obama has been using the Republicans as a reason for all his failures. Therefore when I say Republican, I mean we, you and me, Patriotic, fiscal responsible, conservatives, independents, legal citizens,who knows that capitalism works,(communism/socialism doesn't). Way less govt regulations and free market encouragement will lead to a stronger more secure nation.
Obama uses "Republican" in the same way he uses terms such as, the "administration before me", "the insurance companies", "the banks", "Fox News", the bailouts, and anyone who he can "portray" as the bad guys. Secretary of WELFARE, Ms.Sebelius, (yet another one of Obama's gang of thieves), said, "far too much time talking about what's not in the bill" and trying to counter "wild accusations" by Republicans.
The Republicans, again, get the blame for everything. The idiot makes a promise. He can not keep it. He actually NEVER even meant to. SO...He has to blame the other guys. REMEMBER, Obama owns this mess. What is unacceptable that we are being forced to deal with this issue while his party passes laws that give them more power, which of course, gives us less. For example, "recess appointments". (Explained in "Note: I am bashing Obama'a Policies" 2/13/10.)
To show you that Obama is not going to drop the health care coffin, "Under a new push to get the measure through Congress, Obama set a March 18 deadline for the House to pass the Senate version of the legislation before he leaves on a trip to Asia. Sebelius said she thought the deadline would hold but indicated the president would not walk away from the key agenda item of his presidency should the House not act by then".
"We're not going to know what's in the bill until we pass it". That is due to reconciliation or the nuclear option. You can not use the reconciliation process unless it is attached to a bill. Obama and Pelosi are asking democrats to get the bill passed through congress and then they will "change" it to make it into a HISTORICAL piece of legislation. Bull! The legislators who vote to do that SHOULD NOT and WILL NOT be re-elected. That's like signing a blank check to your ex mate when your told, "trust me".
I have been asked why I didn't say anything about health care and resignation of Rep. Massa. Basically, he did not vote for it to begin with. Thus it serves no purpose to tell you about it. He's out. Period. (Somebody out there has been listening to the mainstream media.)
As you can see from what you have read in this blog. Pinocchio has no intentions on doing anything to further the principles which we were founded on. He uses the term bi-partisan and transparency. Today congress led by Pelosi has cancelled all other business. Congress is holding a closed door session on health care. (Democrats only).Republicans and reporters, and thus the taxpayers are not invited.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, small businesses are sinking. Obama could not be happier. The end game plan...everyone loses.
Did you know that a company from Texas recieved stimulus money for building solar panals and wind energy. The stimulus money went straight to China because the Texas company got a better deal from them on manufacturing. (Obama had to have the $750,000,000,000 stimulus passed.)
It is exactly things like that you should know about. Or, just in time for the census, (which is STILL tied to ACORN and VOTER FRAUD and OBAMA and the SEIU (Andy Stern), comes the prediction that the first time the minorites will out number the evil white man.

It is exactly things like that you should know about. Or, just in time for the census, (which is STILL tied to ACORN and VOTER FRAUD and OBAMA and the SEIU (Andy Stern), comes the prediction that the first time the minorites will out number the evil white man.

If you choose, you will be able learn more about, such as Reconciliation or Nuclear option, Afghanistan, Terrorism, Illegal aliens and read about it in a page without any links. (I have gotten caught up in following link after link.) I will always give you enough information to easily find more info.

Is it Stupidity or Progressive Treason?
You might have heard that on Feb. 25, the Republicans were invited to a meeting with Obama and his merry gang of thieves. Obama held the first "transparent" televised, Bi-partisan pow-wow. The Republicans, (aka the party of "No") at last got a chance to really make their ideas known. I taped all 7 hours of it. Here it is in a nutshell: a) Get rid of junk lawsuits-TORT reform; b) Enable people to shop across state lines; c) allow small businesses to pool together to purchase insurance; d) expand health savings accounts. Obama kept saying, "it's in the senate plan" or "we agree on that" or "it is in my plan". LIAR!
Of course Pelosi, Reid, etal., told sob story after sob story. They were all about someone who had a medical horror story, or someone who knows someone who has a medical horror story. Well, with the exception of the democrats that were present at the meeting, we ALL have them. The democrats kept saying how it is going to cut the deficit, which we all know is not possible. They kept giving CBO accounting's. Obama's 10 page plan couldn't be calculated. There was too little time and too little information. At least he put it on line for 48 hours, like he promised doing for ALL bills. I wonder what they are hiding in that 2,400 page manifesto.
I was proud that the Republicans kept sticking to the issues OFFERING Common Sense solutions. The obvious difference is the democrats want a govt solution when the logical American way is patient/market centered.
We all know that Obama is not concerned about this Country. The "transparent, bi-partisan" exchange of ideas would never had to happen if Pinocchio had been truthful, transparent, honest, a man of his word. You know...everything you teach your kids to be. Everything you expect your president to be, which he's not.
Obama told us that he was going to hold a televised, bipartisan exchange of ideas ON JOBS. We all know that is the #1 concern in America today. Finally, we thought he was "getting it". He changed the topic 72 hours prior from jobs summit to health care. Put your dancing shoes on, we're doing the Obama hustle.
Six days after this meeting he was right back to demanding health care. "To maintain a strong presidency, we need to pass the bill," Obama told the liberals, according to Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.). NOTE: Rep. Grijalva is the "PROGRESSIVE CAUCUS LEADER of the house.
Obama is on his agenda towards the fundamental destruction of the United States of America. No one is this stupid...No One. You take a 12 year old with a piggy bank filled with money he has earned from a paper route, washing cars, mowing lawns, (no allowences). He has a better grasp of the economy then Obama. Obama could not grasp ANY economy without "allowences". He would be totally thrown off. That is the sad truth.
Hats off to Sen. Jim Brunning, R.WV, showed allot of people what AMERICANS really stand for. He filibustered the bill that extended unemployment benefits to 99 weeks at, a cost of $10 billion, in borrowed money. He said, "No way, I am not borrowing a penny when we have not spent almost 1/2 the stimulus money." When he was asked on Fox News why he stopped and allowed the bill to be extended, he said, "I didn't. Harry Reid lied to me". That's completely acceptable in the world according Obama.
Where are the jobs? Harry Reid said that it was good news that only 36,000 people lost their jobs...THIS WEEK. The unemployment rate is holding steady at 9.7%. Remember, Pinocchio said if he did not get $780,000,000,000 stimulus money, that it would go up to 8%.
Is it any wonder that people want the govt to get off their backs. Businesses are not going to hire for a one time tax credit. No way, no how. It does not make good business sense. Just ask a businessman, you won't find any in this administration. By the way, have you heard that Obama GMAC executive got a 1.2 million compensation package for 9 months of service.
GM, which is affectionately know as govt motors, has a 1.3 million car recall. The power steering unexpectedly freezes up. (Compare that number to the 200,000 car Toyota recall due to floor mats? What is Toyota doing in front of a senate committee?) I'll bet you didn't hear any of this from the "mainstream press"

I have not written in 10 days. I bought the CarolynsVoice.net website. I want to keep the same simple format as now. Writing a summary of current political events in one, (maybe 2) pages at a time. I do not have ANY links. I ask that you spread the word some of you hand out copies of CarolynsVoice. (40% of people don't have a computer, so the only information they get is from the liberal media.) I give you enough information where you can easily find out more or, if you want or you can write to me.
I have so much information that I spend hours gathering. It is important to pass on I want to add categories, for example: Terrorism, Finances, Updates,Jobs, Health Care, etc. When your interested in a certain topic, you would click on it and find one more page explaining it further.
I have said it before, I am a one woman operation. I have done more on the computer since I've started this blog, then in my entire life. So, since you have last heard from me, I've been doing a whole lot of learning about what didn't work. In fact up to two days ago, I could not get back on to even write my blog. As you know I can't talk. So, when I get stuck I can not get on the phone and call someone for help. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Believe me, when I improve it you will be the first to know.
